The server for Ulrichsweb (our subscription serials directory) is refusing connections. This was reported and confirmed late yesterday evening, and a support ticket has been entered with the vendor.

Serials Solutions is having trouble with their security certificates. I have removed the "https" from our links for the moment to bypass the issue and we can connect again.
